Create your free account on the Heroes & Generals' site Download, install and start the game client Log in with your Heroes & Generals WWII player account Click on the Menu icon in the top-right corner of the game screen In the Menu, click “Redeem Voucher” Enter the voucher code exactly as it appears and click “Redeem Voucher”
