Create an account in Asphalt 9 and complete the tutorial of Asphalt 9: Legends. Once the tutorial is completed, go to the main menu of the game and tap on the icon with an envelope and a player silhouette at the top. Then tap on 'Player Profile' and look for your ‘Player ID’. Input your ‘Player ID’ on the website. You can also access it by clicking on 'Redeem Code' directly in the settings of Asphalt 9 (except on iOS). Once your player ID is verified, you will be asked to input your ‘Amazon Prime Gaming Code’, put in the key and you'll receive your package in-game. Note: You might need to restart the game in case the reward is not received it a timely manner.
