Slime Rancher 2 is the highly anticipated sequel to the indie hit that captured the hearts of millions of players worldwide. Developed by Monomi Park, this first-person game blends life simulation, farming, open world exploration, and management. Players once again step into the shoes of Beatrix LeBeau, venturing into the mysterious Rainbow Island. On this journey, you will encounter brand-new slime, gather resources, craft gadgets, and uncover hidden secrets.

Gameplay focus

The gameplay of Slime Rancher 2 combines relaxing vibes with engaging mechanics:

✦ First-person control: explore the open world with your VacPack, used to suck up slime and resources, shoot items, build, and travel.

✦ Feeding slime → Plort → Economy: each slime has specific diets, producing plort (sometimes in larger amounts with special food). Plort can be sold for Newbucks, the main currency for upgrades, ranch expansion, and gadgets.

✦ Exploration and resource gathering: the world is filled with special materials (Deep Brine, Jellystone, and others) used for crafting, gadgets, and ranch upgrades. Some areas have hostile weather, environmental hazards, and dangerous biomes.
